G&S Land Services, LLC is a family-owned land clearing and excavation company based in Steele, Alabama. Gary and Shawna Duncan started the company with a simple goal: do the kind of work neighbors recommend to neighbors. No upsells. No surprise charges. No leaving a mess behind.
Gary grew up running equipment and working the land in Northeast Alabama. After years of doing this kind of work for other people, he and Shawna decided it was time to build something of their own — a company where the owner is the operator, where every estimate comes from the person doing the job, and where every customer gets a straight answer the first time.
Today we serve property owners, farmers, builders and developers from Steele out to Gadsden, Attalla, Pell City, Anniston, Oneonta, Boaz and everywhere in between — anywhere within about 100 miles of home.
